I’m Vef, a Masters-qualified counsellor with an undergraduate degree in psychology, and I’m here to offer you a soft place to land. I provide a grounded, trauma-informed space where you can be your authentic self without judgement.

Together, we’ll work at your pace to gently untangle the thoughts and feelings that you have been holding. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, deepening your emotional capacity, and exploring who you are today, to help you move forward with calm, clarity, and a renewed sense of hope and wellbeing.
